日本センターのブログ開設に寄せて

お待たせしました。遅ればせながら、日本センターのブログのページができたので、お披露目することになりました。このブログは，大学の正式なサイトでは読んだり見たりできないような、素顔の日本センターの姿を、いろいろな形で紹介していこうというものです。

今はまだ、よちよち歩きの段階で、載せている内容も少ないのですが，現在、様々な分野で活躍している日本センターの卒業生の様子や、”Year-in-Japan” という交換留学プログラムで日本の大学で勉強した学生の経験談（今年の留学生の生の声も含めて）、日本センターで教えている先生方の「知られざるもう一つの顔」紹介など、少しずつ盛り込んでいければ、思っています。

聞きたいこと、知りたいこと、ブログに載せてほしいことなど、遠慮なく知らせてください。このブログを通じて、皆さんに日本センターを身近のものとして感じてもらえることを願っています。

On the establishment of the Japan Centre blog

It is with great pleasure that I announce, at long last, the start of the Japan Centre blog. On this blog we hope to give you a better idea about the kinds of people who inhabit the Japan Centre and what it is they do.

While we are still in our infancy, we will be gradually adding to existing content, providing inside information on the secret lives and foibles of the Centre’s staff and faculty, the activities of our graduates, and the various experiences of our “Year-in-Japan” exchange program participants.

If there is anything that you would like to see added to the blog, by all means let us know. We hope that, through the blog, you will have a chance to get to know us a little better.
