PASIFIKA AUSTRALIA COMMUNITY FORUM PANELIST (OCT 30, 2008)

Stephen served with the Victoria Police Force for 25 years, with over 15 years service in the Homicide/Armed Robbery Squads. Having left the police force as a Detective Inspector, Stephen worked extensively in Fiji and Manu Samoa for 3 years assisting in Australian government funded projects. These included the corporatisation of aviation and port services in Fiji and then the development of Faleolo Airport in Manu Samoa. Stephen is now the Managing Director/CEO of 4 Australian and USA based companies. He is also the President of the Moorabbin Rugby Club, a club with strong Pacific Island connections, and founder of the Kingston Rugby Academy.
