I've printed, but nothing's coming out. What should I do?

  • Is the printer turned on? Has it run out of paper? Is there a paper jamb?
  • Is there paper in the top (envelope feed) tray? If 'No', put some in.
  • Did you send the document as A4 size? If not, > File > Page setup > Paper Size A4, then resend.
  • Try choosing a different printer.
  • Email me: Greg.Young@anu.edu.au, describing the problem in detail.
