This is how to use the Level 4 photocopier.

Basic use

1. Place doc/s face up in feeder tray or face down under scanner lid
2. Enter PIN code (available from (Malcolm Hayes) and press green start button
3. Enter quantity of copies required on the keypad and press green start button

For back to back copies

1. Place doc/s face up in feeder tray or face down under scanner lid
2. Enter PIN code (available from (Malcolm Hayes) and press green start button
3. Select the 2 - 2 icon on the screen
4. Enter quantity of copies required on the keypad and press green start button

For reduced size copies

1. Place doc/s face up in feeder or face down under scanner lid
2. Enter PIN code (available from (Malcolm Hayes) and press green start button
3. Select the A4-R button on the screen
4. Enter quantity of copies required on the keypad and press the green button
