Hindi how-to

Writing Hindi in Devanāgarī on a computer is not difficult. Windows XP has the capacity to do this built in.

Steps

  • Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
  • Languages -> Details -> Add
  • choose Hindi as the input language
  • choose Devanagari - INSCRIPT as the keyboard
